I first saw this condo last year and still go back to it occasionally for inspiration as it was designed by Jan Showers (my designer girl crush). Sitting at the top of the W Victory in Dallas, this penthouse boasts over 12,000 square feet and is currently on the market for a cool $10 million.. It was built for Kari Schlegel, who fell in love with high-rise living during her stint in NYC interning for Tory Burch. That is, until her brother Kirby decided he also wanted to live in the W. Never fear, daddy stepped in with the purchase of the penthouse. In came architect Lionel Morrison who created two separate suites with a "grand salon" joining the two in the center. The duo then called in Jan Showers to decorate the ginormous space. Take a looky look at Kari's side in the photos below:
